Nasıl talep edilir?

iletisim@shorans.com adresine bir e-posta gönder. Hesabına bağladığın bir e-posta adresi varsa, talebini o adresten göndermen isteği eşleştirmemiz için yeterlidir.

Bağlı bir adresin yoksa, hesabını bulabilmemiz için elindeki bilgileri yaz: uygulamayı hangi tarihlerde kullandığın, beyan ettiğin il, gönderdiğin bir şişeye verdiğin ad gibi. Hesaplar isimsiz olduğu için, doğru hesabı sildiğimizden emin olabilmemiz bu ayrıntılara bağlıdır.

Ne silinir?

Profilin, beyan ettiğin il bilgisi, yazdığın ve henüz kimsenin kıyısına ulaşmamış notların ve hesabına bir e-posta adresi bağladıysan o adres silinir.

Ne kalır?

Denize bıraktığın ve dolaşımda olan notlar kalır. Bu notlar isimsizdir ve seninle bağları koparılarak dolaşımda tutulur; silme işleminden sonra hiçbir şekilde seninle ilişkilendirilemez. Aydınlatma Metni bunu aynı şekilde anlatır: notun sözleri kalır, kimin yazdığı silinir.

Ne kadar sürer?

Talebini aldıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırır ve sana bildiririz.

Shore Account and Data Deletion

Shore accounts are anonymous. If you want your account and the data held with it deleted, this page explains how to ask, what is removed, and what stays.

How to request it

Send an email to iletisim@shorans.com. If you have linked an email address to your account, sending the request from that address is enough for us to match it.

If you have not linked one, tell us what you can so that we can find the account: roughly when you used the app, the province you declared, the name you gave a bottle you sent. Because accounts are anonymous, those details are what let us be sure we are deleting the right one.

What is deleted

Your profile, the province you declared, any notes you have written that have not yet reached anybody's shore, and your email address if you linked one.

What remains

Notes you have already released, and that are travelling, stay in circulation. They are anonymous, and they are kept with any link to you severed; after deletion they can never be associated with you in any way. The Privacy Notice describes this the same way: the words remain, and the record of who wrote them is deleted.

How long it takes

We complete the request, and tell you, within 30 days of receiving it.
