Hangi verilerini işliyoruz?

Shore olabildiğince az veri toplar. İşlediklerimiz şunlardır: giriş için e-posta adresin; yazdığın notların metni; istersen beyan ettiğin il bilgisi (zorunlu değildir, doğruluğunu denetlemeyiz, konumunu takip etmeyiz); hangi dillerde şişe almak istediğin; ve hizmetin çalışması için gereken temel oturum kayıtları.

Toplamadıklarımız

Adını, soyadını, telefon numaranı, GPS konumunu, rehberini, fotoğraflarını, yaşını, cinsiyetini toplamayız. Reklam kimliği kullanmayız; Shore'da reklam yoktur.

Verilerini hangi amaçla işliyoruz?

E-posta adresin yalnızca giriş yapabilmen için; not metinlerin şişelerin okurlara ulaşması ve yayın öncesi güvenlik denetimi için; il beyanın şişenin yolculuk hikâyesinin anlatılması için; dil tercihin sana okuyabileceğin şişelerin gelmesi için işlenir.

Verilerin nerede duruyor, kime aktarılıyor?

Verilerin, Avrupa Birliği'nde (Almanya, Frankfurt) barındırılan sunucularda saklanır. Giriş e-postalarının iletimi için e-posta altyapı sağlayıcısı kullanılır. Yazdığın notun metni, yayın öncesi güvenlik denetimi için yurt dışında bulunan yapay zeka hizmet sağlayıcısına (Anthropic, ABD) iletilir; bu iletimde yalnızca notun metni gönderilir, kimliğinle eşleştirilebilecek hiçbir bilgi (e-posta, kimlik, konum, cihaz bilgisi) gönderilmez ve metin denetim amacı dışında kullanılmaz. Verilerin bunlar dışında hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz, hiçbir amaçla satılmaz.

Ne kadar saklıyoruz?

Verilerin, hesabın var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabının silinmesini istediğinde e-posta adresin, il beyanın ve dil tercihlerin silinir. Denize bıraktığın notlar isimsiz oldukları ve seninle bağları koparıldığı için dolaşımda kalır; bu notlar silme işleminden sonra hiçbir şekilde seninle ilişkilendirilemez.

Hakların neler?

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi kapsamında: verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve itiraz etme hakkına sahipsin. Başvurularını yukarıdaki e-posta adresine iletebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

What data do we process?

Shore collects as little data as possible. What we process is: your email address, for sign-in; the text of the notes you write; the province you declare, if you choose to (it is not required, we do not verify it, and we do not track your location); the languages you want to receive bottles in; and the basic session records needed for the service to run.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, surname, phone number, GPS location, contacts, photos, age or gender. We do not use an advertising identifier; there are no ads on Shore.

Why do we process your data?

Your email address is processed only so you can sign in; the text of your notes so that your bottles can reach readers and pass a safety review before release; your declared province so that your bottle's journey can be told as a story; and your language preference so that the bottles that reach you are ones you can read.

Where is your data kept, and who is it shared with?

Your data is stored on servers hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). An email infrastructure provider is used to deliver sign-in emails. The text of a note you write is sent to an AI service provider located abroad (Anthropic, USA) for the safety review before release; in this transfer only the text of the note is sent — nothing that could link it to your identity (no email, identity, location or device information) — and the text is not used for any purpose other than the review. Beyond these, your data is not shared with any third party and is never sold, for any purpose.

How long do we keep it?

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you ask for your account to be deleted, your email address, your declared province and your language preferences are deleted. The notes you released into the sea remain in circulation, because they are nameless and their tie to you is severed; after deletion, these notes can never be associated with you in any way.

What are your rights?

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information if it is, to request its correction or deletion, and to object. You can send your requests to the email address above; we will respond within 30 days at the latest.
