Shore Kullanım Koşulları

1. Shore nedir?

Shore, kısa bir not yazıp isimsiz bir şişeyle denize bıraktığın, karşılığında başkalarının şişelerinin senin kıyına vurduğu bir uygulamadır. Burada profil, takipçi, beğeni, yanıt ve sohbet yoktur. Shore'u kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

2. Yaş

Shore'u kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın.

3. Hesabın

Giriş yalnızca e-posta ile yapılır; şifre yoktur. Hesabın sana özeldir, başkasına devredemezsin.

4. Denize bırakılamayacak sözler

Şu içerikler Shore'da dolaşamaz: bir kişiyi veya bir topluluğu hedef alan hakaret, tehdit, taciz ve nefret söylemi; insanları kökeni, inancı, siyasi görüşü, kimliği veya yaşam tarzı üzerinden aşağılayan ve ötekileştiren içerik; müstehcen içerik; çocukların güvenliğine zarar verebilecek her tür içerik; kendine veya başkasına zarar vermeye çağıran içerik; sana veya başkasına ait ad, telefon, adres gibi kişisel bilgiler; hukuka aykırı içerik.

Her not, denize karışmadan önce otomatik bir güvenlik denetiminden geçer. Uygun bulunmayan not dolaşıma girmez. Kurallara aykırı yazmayı sürdüren hesapların Shore'a erişimi kısıtlanabilir.

5. Şişelerin kaderi

Denize bıraktığın not isimsizdir ve geri çağrılamaz. Notunu kimin okuyacağını sen de biz de seçemeyiz; dağıtım rastlantısaldır. Okuyan kişi sana yanıt veremez, sen de ona ulaşamazsın. Bir okur notunu kendi Fener'ine kaldırabilir; bu, notunun onun kişisel alanında saklanması demektir. Okurlar uygunsuz buldukları bir şişeyi tek dokunuşla dolaşımdan çıkarabilir.

6. Senin sözün, senin hakkın

Yazdığın notlar senindir. Denize bırakmakla, notunun Shore içinde isimsiz olarak dolaştırılmasına, gösterilmesine ve saklanmasına izin vermiş olursun. Shore, notlarını reklam ve tanıtımda kullanmaz.

7. Hesabın sona ermesi

Hesabının silinmesini istediğinde hesabın ve sana bağlı kişisel bilgiler silinir. Denize bıraktığın notlar ise imzasız oldukları için, hiçbir şekilde seninle bağlantılandırılmadan dolaşımda kalır; denize bırakılan söz denizindir.

8. Hizmetin sınırları

Shore'u olduğu gibi sunuyoruz. Kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt edemeyiz. Şişelerin içeriği yazarlarına aittir; denetimden geçirsek de her nota kefil olamayız.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinden haber veririz.

Shore Terms of Use

1. What is Shore?

Shore is an app where you write a short note, seal it in a nameless bottle, and release it into the sea — and where other people's bottles wash up on your shore in return. There are no profiles, no followers, no likes, no replies, and no chat here. By using Shore, you accept these terms.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Shore.

3. Your account

Sign-in is by email only; there are no passwords. Your account is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

4. Words that cannot be released into the sea

The following content cannot circulate on Shore: insults, threats, harassment or hate speech targeting a person or a community; content that demeans or excludes people based on their origin, faith, political views, identity or way of life; obscene content; any content that could endanger the safety of children; content that calls for harm to yourself or to others; personal information such as names, phone numbers or addresses, whether yours or someone else's; and content that is against the law.

Every note passes through an automated safety review before it enters the sea. A note found unsuitable does not enter circulation. Accounts that persist in writing against these rules may have their access to Shore restricted.

5. The fate of your bottles

A note you release into the sea is nameless and cannot be recalled. Neither you nor we choose who will read it; distribution is left to chance. The reader cannot reply to you, and you cannot reach them. A reader may lift your note into their own Lighthouse, which means your note is kept in their personal space. Readers can remove a bottle they find inappropriate from circulation with a single tap.

6. Your words, your rights

The notes you write are yours. By releasing a note into the sea, you allow it to circulate, be shown and be stored within Shore, namelessly. Shore does not use your notes in advertising or promotion.

7. Ending your account

When you ask for your account to be deleted, your account and the personal information tied to you are deleted. The notes you released into the sea, being unsigned, remain in circulation without ever being connectable to you; a word released to the sea belongs to the sea.

8. Limits of the service

We offer Shore as it is. We cannot promise it will run without interruption or error. The content of the bottles belongs to their authors; even though every note passes through review, we cannot vouch for each one.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. We will let you know of significant changes inside the app.
